In 2011 graduated with honors from the educational institution “Vitebsk State Order of Friendship of Peoples Medical University” in the specialty “Pharmacy”.
In the 2011/2012 academic year studied in the master's program at the Department of Standardization of Medicines with the course of AT and APD of the same university specializing in "Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy" (master's thesis on the topic: "Phytochemical Analysis of Rudbeckia hirta L")
From November 1, 2012 to October 31, 2015 studied at the postgraduate program at the same department. On February 5, 2016 defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Standardization, chemical composition and pharmacological activity of flowers of rough rudbeckia (Rudbeckia hirta L.)" in the Dissertation Defense Council D 03.16.02 in the specialty 14.04.01 - Technology of drug production. Pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy. Organization of pharmaceutical business; in 2017 was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty "Pharmaceuticals".
From 2015 to 2016 worked as an assistant professor, and from 2016 as an associate professor. During his tenure was responsible for the advanced training and retraining program at the Department of Medicines Standardization.
Since 2018 has worked as an associate professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Belarusian State Medical University. In April 2019 was appointed as Head of the Department of Pharmacy Organization at the same university. In August 2021 was promoted to Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
Co-author of standard curricula, curricula, including those in English, as well as teaching and methodological manuals approved by the UMO.
In the 2010/2011 academic year received a scholarship from the President of the Republic of Belarus for students, in 2014 - for postgraduate students, and in 2021 - for candidates of science.
Has repeatedly participated in the implementation of projects under grants from the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research.
Laureate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee Prize for talented young scientists and specialists.
In 2023 won a scientific paper competition held by the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and dedicated to the Year of Peace and Creation for his work: "Comparative characteristics of the composition of phenolic compounds and in vitro pharmacological activity of plants of the genus Lamium" and received a 2nd degree diploma for his work "The phenolic composition of Sosnowsky's hogweed and its pharmacological properties."
In 2024 the first qualification category for the qualification of "pharmacist" was awarded.
Nowadays is completing his doctoral dissertation.
Author and co-author of 200 publications, including 50 articles in journals listed by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus and international publications. Has published highly rated articles in English.

V.N. Belyatsky has been working at the Belarusian State Medical University since 2012, where he organized the teaching of analytical chemistry for students of the pharmaceutical faculty, initially as a senior lecturer, and since 2013 as an associate professor of the department. He conducted classes on the disciplines of "analytical chemistry" for full-time and part-time students of the pharmaceutical faculty and "bioorganic chemistry" for students of the medical and dental faculties.
Since 2015 has held academic title of associate professor in the specialty “chemistry”.

Graduated from the Faculty of Biology of the Belarusian State University in 1999 specializing in laboratory diagnostics. From 2004 to 2007 held the position of Head of the Chemical-Toxicology Laboratory of the Regional Narcology Dispensary. From 2007 to 2010 studied in graduate school at the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics of the Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, successfully defending her PhD thesis: "Express Method for Determining Opium Alkaloids and Features of Changes in Metabolic Indicators in Narcotic Poisoning." From 2011 to 2013 Head of the Clinical Chemical-Toxicology Laboratory of the Republican Center for the Treatment of Acute Poisoning of the Emergency Hospital. From 2014 to 2017 Associate Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Belarusian State Medical University. In 2017 invited to work at the State Committee for Forensic Examinations while also working at the department.
