International scientific cooperation of Medical and Biological Physics

Currently, international scientific cooperation of the Department supports mainly with the Medical University of Bialystok (Poland, Bialystok), Medical Institute of Bialystok (Poland, Bialystok),( Head of the Department M.V. Goltsev is the coordinator of the International Cooperation Program) , also with the Fukushima Medical University( Japan, Fukushima) and Institute of Nanotechnology / Research Center Karlsruhe / Technological Institute of Karlsruhe (Germany, Karlsruhe) (Associate Professor L.V. Kukharenko coordinates the International Cooperation Program).

Associate Professor L.V. Kukharenko investigates the biomedical objects with atomic force microscopy in cooperation with the Institute of Nanotechnology / Research Center Karlsruhe / Technological Institute Karlsruhe (Germany, Karlsruhe).

Head of the DepartmentM.V.Goltsev is the coordinator of the international cooperation program. Within the framework of the BSMU development program for 2006-2010, he has implemented a number of comprehensive programs of international cooperation, in particular, a comprehensive program of international scientific cooperation between the BSMU and the Medical University of Bialystok (Poland) on actual problems of modern medicine. M.V. Goltsev actively participates in various international conferences, conducts lectures at European universities.

Within the framework of the agreement on scientific and academic cooperation with the Fukushima Medical University, joint activities are carried out in the field of biophysical education of students with an emphasis on the actual problems of overcoming the consequences of the accident at the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear power plant.
