The educational-bringing-up process at the department is closely related to the formation of the personality of the future specialist. At all teaching and educational events, the curators of the department constantly focus the attention of students on the importance of developing moral, ethical and professionally significant qualities. The curators teach the students a humane attitude towards patients, their families, effective communication during examination and treatment.
In order to bring up a healthy lifestyle, the curators annually hold conversations and poster contests about the rational nutrition, the dangers of smoking and the drug use, about the rules of behavior in hostels.
Victory Day celebrations are a special part of the educational-bringing-up process. This allows the students to take a deeper look at the historical events.
Under guidance of the curators the students take part in numerous cultural events, visit museums and exhibitions.
The department provides facilities for social, cultural and sports activities enable each student to realize his or her creative potential and demonstrate his or her intellectual and organizational competences.
