History
The student scientific circle of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy was established in 2005. From the moment of foundation to the present time, the scientific advisor is Professor of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy, Doctor of Medical Sciences Kryuchok Vladimir Grigorievich. The first head of the SNK was Tur Maria Viktorovna, then Malkevich Alexandra Viktorovna (2010/11, 2012-2015), Linkevich Ekaterina Eduardovna (2011-2012), Ivanova Olga Yurievna (2015-2016), Kaminskaya Benedikta Andreevna (2016-2019). Now the headman is a student of the medical faculty Lemeshevsky Ivan Aleksandrovich.
Goal
To deepen the knowledge of students about the methods and possibilities of medical rehabilitation and physiotherapy of surgical, traumatological, orthopedic and therapeutic patients, as well as to acquaint them with the latest physiotherapeutic achievements in obstetrics and gynecology, cosmetology and plastic surgery.
Tasks
Expansion of students' knowledge in the field of medical rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
Development of students' creative thinking and approach to solving practical issues.
Organization of active participation of students in scientific and practical conferences and the Republican competition of scientific works of students of higher educational institutions.
The main activities of the scientific circle
The main interests of scientific research are devoted to the problems of medical rehabilitation and physiotherapy of therapeutic patients (bronchial asthma, chronic nonspecific lung diseases, arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, reactive arthritis, neuritis, etc.) and orthopedic and traumatological profile, as well as disabled people.
Forms of work of the student scientific circle
- master classes - in acupuncture, hirudotherapy, cryotherapy
- joint meetings with other student scientific circles - visiting, together with the scientific circle of traumatology and orthopedics, «Belarusian Prosthetic and Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center»
- individual work with the teachers of the department.
