Educational work at the department is carried out in accordance with the Code of Education, the Concept of Continuous Education of Children and Students in the Republic of Belarus and the Program of Continuous Education of Children and Students in the Republic of Belarus for 2016 - 2021.
The purpose of educational and ideological work at the department is the formation of a diversified, morally mature, creative personality of the student.
The department constantly evaluates the functional capabilities of the body of students, their psychological state, quality of life, and gives recommendations for physical improvement.
During conversations in student groups, issues of gender and family education are actively discussed, aimed at forming students' correct ideas about the role and life purpose of men and women in modern society, value attitudes towards the family and raising children.
Particular attention is paid to ethics and deontology, rules of conduct in health care institutions, as well as respect for nature and the material environment.
Ideological and educational work is carried out in accordance with the plan. The assessment of the psychological and functional state of students, their quality of life is carried out on a regular basis.
Staff and students participate in uniform awareness days every third Thursday of the month. Subscription to periodicals and medical publications is carried out regularly and on time.
The teachers of the department regularly visit the hostel №5, where university students live, are interested in their life and hobbies.
