Women's Health: the 10th International Interdisciplinary Summit in Moscow

On May 14-15, the Moscow World Trade Center hosted a significant event: the 10th International Interdisciplinary Summit "Women's Health", a professional forum dedicated to obstetrics, gynecology, and perinatology. The summit was organized by International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) together with the Russian National Research Medical University named after N.I. Pirogov.

The summit is intended to be an important step in strengthening international cooperation and improving the quality of obstetric, gynecological, and perinatal care worldwide. The event included a series of lectures, master classes from leading specialists, and broadcasts from complex operations. More than 3,000 specialists from Russia and 30+ countries participated in the summit: obstetricians and gynecologists, perinatologists, endocrinologists, representatives of healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Svetlana Kreer, Chair of the University Council of Young Scientists and Associate Professor of the Department of Reproductive Health, Perinatology, and Medical Genetics of the Institute of Advanced Training and Retraining of Healthcare Personnel, actively participated in the Summit, presenting a report entitled "Regenerative Technologies in Gynecology in the Republic of Belarus: Opportunities and Prospects".

The Women's Health Summit confirmed that modern medicine is moving toward personalized and multidisciplinary solutions. The introduction of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, cellular technologies, precision surgery, bioinformatics data analysis, and telemedicine can not only improve pregnancy outcomes but also preserve fertility in patients with severe gynecological pathologies.

Professional contacts were established with the colleagues from the leading Russian medical centers. Up-to-date information on new clinical guidelines and technologies was obtained.

Svetlana Kreer expresses her gratitude to the Summit organizers for the high level of the event organization and the opportunity to share experiences. The acquired knowledge will be implemented into the educational process and clinical practice, since women's health is a key factor in the quality of life of women, the well-being of the family, and society as a whole.
