Kettlebell Sport Competition

On 22 September, the University's sports facilities hosted a kettlebell sport competition among the teams representing the student dormitories.

The competition was held using a 24 kg kettlebell in four weight categories: up to 65 kg, up to 75 kg, up to 85 kg, and over 85 kg. Participants performed the kettlebell snatch with both the right and left hands without a rest break.

Each participant had 5 minutes to complete the exercise.

The individual results were as follows:

Up to 65 kg

1st place – Nadirbek Annamuradov (Dormitory No. 7)

2nd place – Yevgeny Mazko (Dormitory No. 1)

Up to 75 kg

1st place – Ilya Lopatsky (Dormitory No. 4)

2nd place – Maksim Shilo (Dormitory No. 3)

Up to 85 kg

1st place – Dovran Yeldashev (Dormitory No. 7)

2nd place – Pavel Kleshchenok (Dormitory No. 3)

3rd place – Yevgeny Shevchuk (Dormitory No. 7)

Over 85 kg

1st place – Kirill Boitsov (Dormitory No. 1)

2nd place – Nikita Rai (Dormitory No. 4)

3rd place – Mulkaman Kakadzhanov (Dormitory No. 7)

The team standings were as follows:

4th place – Dormitory No. 3

5th place – Dormitory No. 10

6th place – Dormitory No. 2
