Belarusian State Medical University Extends Sri Lanka Medical Council Accreditation Until 2031
Belarusian State Medical University has successfully completed the accreditation renewal process with the Sri Lanka Medical Council. The renewal of accreditation is of strategic importance for the further development of the University's educational services export. The accreditation enables BSMU to admit citizens of Sri Lanka to the Medical Faculty for International Students in the General Medicine programme.
The extension of accreditation is expected to significantly increase the number of students from Sri Lanka and further strengthen the position of Belarusian State Medical University as the leading medical university of the Republic of Belarus in the international education market.

The accreditation renewal confirms the high quality of specialist training at BSMU and demonstrates that the University's educational programmes comply with international standards.
