Socio educational and ideological work of Endodontics

The aims of ideological and educational work is to educate a developed, morally mature, highly professional personality and the formation of key competencies in students aimed at the successful integration of the individual into society.

Tasks:

  • Formation of civic competence, patriotism, national identity, respect for universal human values;
  • Formation of moral values, stable moral qualities, aesthetic needs, the ability of perceiving the beautiful in art and life;
  • Formation of students' skills of educational work, striving for self-improvement in the chosen profession, familiarization with the values and traditions of the professional community, the norms of corporate ethics;
  • Formation of gender culture and culture of family relations;
  • Formation of students' attitude towards health and life as the highest values;
  • Formation of leadership qualities and management culture as important aspects of the formation of a professionally successful personality.

November 16 – World No Smoking Day

On November 13, 2023, a republican anti-tobacco educational campaign started in Belarus. It is dedicated to the World No Smoking Day. It is a day used to spread awareness about the negative effects of smoking and encourage smokers to quit. Today, thanks to extensive awareness programmes, the world is waking up to the terrible dangers of smoking. But despite that, the number of smokers is hardly declining. That is why a No Smoking Day is important- it acts as a reminder for smokers to give up this habit that can claim their life."

WORLD AIDS DAY

As of 2020, AIDS has killed between 27.2 million and 47.8 million people worldwide, and an estimated 37.7 million people are living with HIV, making it one of the most important global public health issues in recorded history. World AIDS Day, designated on 1 December every year since 1988, is an international day dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection and mourning those who've died of the disease.
