Prospects for cooperation and education: Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Cameroon visited BSMU

On 18 August, Belarusian State Medical University welcomed Igor Kolesnikov, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Belarus in Douala, Republic of Cameroon, and graduate of BSMU. The purpose of the visit was to discuss the education of Cameroonian citizens at Belarusian State Medical University.

The meeting was attended by Sergey Rubnikovich, Rector of Belarusian State Medical University, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences, Professor; Dmitry Chuikov, Vice-Rector for International Relations; and Vasili Roudenok, Professor of the Department of Normal Anatomy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor.

The parties discussed the education of citizens of Republic of Cameroon at the Faculty of Career Guidance and pre-University Training, as well as at the Medical Faculty for International Students at BSMU. In particular, they considered issues related to admission requirements, tuition fees, accommodation for international students, and the organization of the educational process.
