Practical recommendations and international exchange: results of the Hospital Alliance conference of Shanghai Cooperation Organization

On 26-28 of March, there was held the 8^th Conference of the Hospital Alliance of Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Bishkek. The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Edil Baisalov, Minister of Health Damir Osmonov, Deputy Minister of Health Bakytbek Kadyraliev, Director of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy Talant Eraliev, Advisor of the SCO Secretariat Kazybek Kochkonov, as well as leading cardiologists, scientists, and medical experts from the Organization's member states.

The Republic of Belarus was represented by N.P. Mitkovskaya, Head of the Department of Cardiology and Internal Medicine of Belarusian State Medical University and Chair of the Belarusian Society of Cardiologists and Therapists at the plenary session of the conference and Days of Russian Medicine "The St. Petersburg Dialogue. Ways to Reduce Mortality from Diseases of the Circulatory System. New Challenges and New Opportunities", at which N.P. Mitkovskaya made two reports. At the symposium "Emergency and planned cardiology: strategies, algorithms, prospects" Professor of the Department of Cardiology and Internal Medicine of Belarusian State Medical University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor E.A. Grigorenko gave an oral report "Inflammatory myopericardial syndrome."

Government officials of the state-members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization noted the importance of the conference as an effective platform for professional dialogue, exchange of experience, and development of joint solutions.

Following the event, practical recommendations were developed aimed at strengthening international cooperation, implementing modern medical technologies, and improving the effectiveness of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment.
