Pereversev Vladimir Alekseevich
In 1988, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic 'The role of CSF and some of its chemical components in thermoregulation'. In 1996, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic 'The role of serotonin, histamine and antioxidants in the mechanisms of adaptation of mammals to the acute effects of extreme environmental factors'. Research interests: biological activity of extracts of tinder mushrooms; study of problems caused by alcohol intake among students, and identification of psycho-physiological and biochemical mechanisms of their formation. Author of more than 400 scientific and educational publications. In 2015, the head of the Department, Professor V. A. Pereverzev, was awarded the 'Excellent Worker of Public Health' badge for many years of conscientious work.

Alexandrov Denis Alexandrovich
Research interests: physiology of the cardiovascular system, regulation of vascular tone under the influence of physical factors, physiology of analyzers. Author of more than 80 printed works, including 13 teaching aids in co-authorship. In 2009, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic 'The nature of vascular reactions and the state of light sensitivity of the visual system under local temperature exposure'. In 2015, he became the winner of the rating among the teaching staff of the university's theoretical departments under the age of 40. In 2016, he was awarded the 'Excellent Worker of Public Health' badge for his fruitful and conscientious work.

Severina Tathiana Gennadievna
Research interests: electrophysiology, biochemical mechanisms of the body's resistance to cold (the state of lysosome membranes and the activity of lysosomal enzymes). Author of 22 scientific publications, co-author of 14 methodological manuals for students, including manuals for foreign students in English. In 2012, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: 'Liver lysosomal enzyme activity and body temperature in acute immersion hypothermia in rats with different cold resistance'.
