The priority directions of the improvement of educational process at the department are:
- Improvement of educational programs and thematic plans, making changes and additions to them due to modern achievements of hygienic science and the organization of preventive work;
- Development of new work programs, lectures, methodological recommendations and teaching aids for practical and laboratory classes in accordance with the requirements of state general education standards and qualification characteristics of specialists
- Integration of progressive educational methods and forms;
- Development of electronic educational and methodological complexes of disciplines;
- Deeping the interaction of the department with hygienic, theoretical and clinical departments in order to improve the quality of theoretical and practical training of students and cadets;
- The planning and organization of the educational process are carried out on the basis of Educational standards, curricula, class schedules and other documents regulating the educational process.
