Medical and advisory assistance is provided by the staff of the Department of Cardiology and Internal Diseases on the basis of the City Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medicine (58 Kizhevatov Street), 4th City Clinical Hospital named after N. E. Savchenko (110 Luxemburg Street), 6th City Clinical Hospital (5 Uralskaya Street), Minsk Scientific and Practical Center of Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology (8 Semashko Street). State Institution “Republican Scientific and Practical Center “Cardiology” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus (110B Rosa Luxemburg Street). The staff of the department performs advisory work in the following structural divisions:
- City Clinical Hospital of Emergency medical care: department of intensive care and resuscitation for cardiac patients, department of surgical resuscitation, department of neurosurgical resuscitation, departments of cardiology No. 1 and No. 3, including intensive care units for cardiac patients in two departments.
- 4th City Clinical Hospital named after N. E. Savchenko: department of anesthesiology and resuscitation, intensive care unit for cardiac patients, Department of Cardiology.
- 6th city Clinical Hospital: intensive care and resuscitation unit for therapeutic patients, Cardiology Department No. 1, Pulmonology Department No. 1, Rheumatology Department, Gastroenterology Department.
- Minsk Scientific and Practical Center of Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology: intensive care and resuscitation department, resuscitation department for cardiac surgery patients, Cardiology Department No. 1, intensive care unit for cardiac patients, Pulmonology Department No. 2, Portal Hypertension Department, admission department, Department of Vascular Pathology of the Brain, Department of Cardiac Surgery, Department of X-ray Endovascular Surgery.
- Republican Scientific and Practical Center “Cardiology” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus (“RSPC “Cardiology”).
Auxiliary institutions of practical health care, in which the staff of the department provide advisory assistance, are 25th Central District Polyclinic of Minsk, Republican Center for Medical Rehabilitation and Balneotherapy, Republican Center for Emergency Medical Care, City Center for Emergency Medical Care, as well as the faculty advisory center of Belarusian State Medical University.
