Climate and weather

The moderate continental climate of Belarus is characterized by rainy, cool summers, mild winters with frequent thaws, and unstable weather in autumn and winter.

Religions in Belarus

Currency

The national currency of Belarus is the Belarusian ruble. Any other foreign currency cannot be used for payments, except for tuition fees at the university, air tickets, etc. A foreign citizen can exchange foreign currency (mainly US dollar and euro) at any bank or currency exchange office.
