At the department of Normal Anatomy, students of the medical, pediatric, military medical, preventive medicine faculties and medical faculty for foreign students study human anatomy - an academic discipline, dedicated to the science of the structure of the human body - a basic educational discipline in medical education.
Main goal of the subject is to acquire knowledge about the normal structure of organs, organ systems and the human body as a whole, which is essential for further studies of other biomedical and clinical disciplines, as well as for the practical work of a doctor.
